Today i am 4 weeks and 1 day post-op of my parotidectomy. My big accomplishment is that I can sleep on my surgery side again! It’s not super comfortable, but it’s doable. Most of my face has feeling again, but parts of it feel weird. Also, it feels pretty swollen and tight, but it works OK.
